Wood Burned Chopping Board Workshop

Spend four relaxing hours learning to burn your very own chopping board worth £95. The boards measure approximately 43cm by 24cm and have been handmade by me and my partner out of sustainably-sourced American hard maple and American walnut. ​

During the afternoon you will learn how to use a very high quality Razertip pyrography machine safely to create unique and beautiful art. I will show you how to transfer a design template onto the wood or alternatively you can freehand your own design. You will also receive your own food-safe oil to treat your board when you get home.
No prior experience is necessary and we'll be using templates so you don't even need to be able to draw! All materials are provided but you may wish to bring a mask to wear whilst wood burning.
